Brad has been practicing Law for over two decades. He has private practice experience (Snell & Wilmer), in-house experience (John Deere and OnSemi) and technology transfer experience (Sky Song – Arizona State University) across M&A, IP procurement and litigation, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance (Act 33 & 34, FCPA, Privacy, etc.) and international law.
From 2015 to 2024, Brad led the installation and management of Deere’s legal function in Latin America comprising 23, highly engaged Attorneys and Staff that were responsible for executing on all of Deere’s International business objectives across multiple business units, verticals and subject matter including, but not limited to management of 10% of Deere’s intellectual property portfolio, import / export logistics, sales and marketing, employment matters and operational issues (OSHA, EH&S and permitting).
While white-passing, Brad’s maternal family immigrated by foot across the Southern U.S. – Mexico Border and settled in the agricultural town of Yuma, AZ. His early childhood was spent being chased by geese on a citrus farm.
Brad is licensed in Illinois and Arizona to practice Law and a registered Patent Attorney in the U.S. with an educational background in Chemical Engineering. He has extensive international experience vis-à-vis extended business travel to Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
