Guerry spent 34 years with a Fortune 50 company in multiple senior operational leadership and strategic consultancy roles across the United States and Canada. Guerry has a proven track-record of leading large numbers of teams (>1,500 direct/indirect reports with >$150m annual operating budgets) through large scale transformations and unsurpassed business results.

After serving in the United States Army, Guerry earned a degree in economics from the University of Central Florida. He has earned a number of professional designations and attended a numerous executive education courses including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Northwestern – Kellog School of Management, Brookings Institute and Center for Creative Leadership.
